SQ Management - Holistic quality management

In a market characterized by uncertainty, we can see that an organization should adopt a holistic outlook on the subject of quality, that is to say, quality in all processes and tasks that it performs. Organizations that include quality improvement as a key element in their competitive strategy are able to grow and at the end of the day reduce costs in their organization and by so doing increase their business profits (money) and organizational profits (human resources).

Executive coaching or coaching provided to a department in an organization
Executive coaching is a process combining observation, investigation and practical activities. Coaching helps a manager/department to become aware and familiarize themselves with his and his organization's values, and examine the manner the manager influences the team and the organization. Coaching deals with the creation of conformity between the manager's wishes, his values and dreams and the organization's goals and structure.
